Q. How will my order be shipped?
A. ACP uses a variety of methods to ship an order including transport companies, couriers and Australia Post. The delivery method used for your order will depend on the size and weight of the items you purchase.
Q. After I place an order, how long will it take for me to receive it?
A. ACP will process the order within 24 hours and have it shipped to you within 7-10 working days, depending on the method of delivery. Please note that there may be delays during busy festive periods and to regional areas.
Q. Do you ship to overseas customers?
A. Yes, we ship to customers not only within Australia, but worldwide. To make an enquiry regarding international delivery, please submit an email request online and we will contact you to discuss the options available.
Q. My order has shipped, so where is it?
A. If your order does not arrive within 7-10 working days, please contact us by either sumbitting an online query or phoning our despatch department on 1300 131 249.
Q. What is your policy on lost in transit deliveries?
A. In the unlikely event that an order is lost during shipment, we will do our best to replace it as soon as possible (depending on product availability) and once the delivery failure has been investigated.
Q. Can I have my order sent to an address other than my own?
A. In most cases, yes. However, for security reasons, we are only able to make delivery of certain orders to the home address of the person placing the order, the credit/debit card holder.
Q. Is it possible to specify a particular delivery time?
A. Unfortunately, no. As we rely on couriers and the Australia Post delivery network, we are unable to issue specific delivery time frames to delivery drivers.
Q. Is it possible to create a credit account with Austwide Consumer Products?
A. Yes, this is possible subject to approval of the below application form.

Q. Do you have any showrooms to view the products in?
A. Yes, we have three showrooms around Australia where stock is available to be viewed.

Q. Is it possible to meet with a Account Manager to discuss these products further?
A. Yes, we have a number of Account Managers located around Australia who are more than happy to assist you wherever they can. Please submit an online enquiry and we will have someone contact you as soon as possible.
Q: I'm having problems using the search function on your website, am I doing something wrong?
A: With recent updates to the website we recommend using Chrome instead of Internet Explorer if you are having problems; in most case using Chrome will fix any trouble you run into.
Q: I've forgotten/ haven't received my Log in details what do I do?
A. If you've registered an account with us and have not received or forgotten your login details, please contact us by either sumbitting an online query with the email which you registered with or phoning our Buy Online department on 1300 131 249.
Q. I haven't recieved a password for my guest login yet, why?
A. Emails containing guest 24hr passwords should be sent almost immediately but in some case it fails to reach certain email organisations due to secuity measures. If this happens we recommend trying again with another email or setting up a full account to access the site. If you do not receive your login details for the full account, you may contact our office to obtain these details.
